Cancellation Policy

At FIRSTCORE MOTION SDN. BHD., we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellation requests may be made.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been processed or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at firstcoremotion@outlook.com and provide your order number and relevant details.

Cancellation requests are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, any return request will be handled in accordance with our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Custom, Special or Pre-Order Items

Orders involving customised products, special-order items, pre-order items, or products specifically sourced at the customer’s request may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed or processing has started.

Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated before confirmation where relevant.

Cancellation by FIRSTCORE MOTION SDN. BHD.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including where:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock

  • There is an error in product information or pricing

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • The order is suspected to involve fraud or misuse

  • Delivery cannot reasonably be completed

  • Other circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel a paid order, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method, where possible.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

Where a cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within a reasonable period.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment method used.

Any non-refundable transaction, payment gateway, or administrative charges may be deducted where permitted and where such charges have already been incurred.
